Welcome to The Admins Course from Talkdesk!

As an administrator you can define and edit team roles, specify unique Talkdesk settings for each team role and assign agents to specific team roles within Talkdesk.

Take this course to learn more about your tasks and permissions, so that you and your team make the most out of Talkdesk.

The entire course consists of 29 video lessons with approximately 2 minutes each, followed by a short quiz that should not take you more than 10 minutes to complete. Then, to finish, there is also a final quiz. In total, we estimate that you will need about 3.5 hours for The Admins Course, however, there is no time limit so you are free to take as much time as you want.
