About this course

Welcome to The Agents Course from Talkdesk!

 

This is an introduction to the Talkdesk interface. As an agent, you are usually the first point of contact for your company so it is important that you learn how to make and receive calls using Talkdesk and make the most of the available options and settings. 

Take this course to learn more about your tasks and permissions and enjoy using Talkdesk.

The entire course consists of 24 video lessons with approximately 2 minutes each, followed by a short quiz that should not take you more than 10 minutes to complete. Then, to finish, there is also a final quiz. In total, we estimate that you will need about 3.5 hours for The Agents Course, however, there is no time limit so you are free to take as much time as you want.
