Talkdesk Admins Certification
This certification covers the main aspects of the Talkdesk interface for administrators, and best practices to avoid call quality issues. By default, administrators have access to all sections, allowing them to manage account-wide preferences and control settings for each agent and phone number.

Certification: To earn your certificate, you must score 90% or higher on the Certification Quiz (13 of 14 questions).
