This certification covers the main features of the web dashboard for agents, Talkdesk Callbar, and best practices to prevent call quality issues. As the first point of contact, it's fundamental for an agent to know how to handle calls and manage contacts efficiently using the different available resources.

  • Contact center agents new to Talkdesk.
  • Agents already using Talkdesk, looking to improve their efficiency and skills.
  • Administrators and supervisors looking to better understand the agent’s experience within Talkdesk.

Certification:  To earn your certificate, you must score 90% or higher on the Certification Quiz (11 of 12 questions).
