This certification covers the main aspects of the Talkdesk interface for supervisors, and best practices to avoid call quality issues.

By default, Supervisors have access to the same information as the agents, plus the Reporting section, where they are able to monitor calls and check a good deal of different metrics that make it possible to track the performance of the team at any time.

  • Contact center supervisors new to Talkdesk.
  • Contact center supervisors already using Talkdesk, looking to improve their skills.
  • Agents and administrators with supervising functions.

Certification: To earn your certificate, you must score 80% or higher on the Certification Quiz (5 of 6 questions).
